The Noble Marine RS700 National Championship 2024 at Hayling Island sailing Club kicked off with a strong showing of 27 boats. The first day saw three races in shifty 10-12 knots of breeze, with Rob Higgins securing three bullets. Race 2 saw a shift in conditions, while Race 3 presented the most challenging race of the day. Despite the varying conditions, newcomers and seasoned sailors alike showcased their skills in the accessible and fun RS700 skiff class. Cold beers awaited the sailors back on shore after a tough day on the water. For full results and more information, visit the event page at www.hisc.co.uk.
