The Volvo China Coast regatta, an event hosted by the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, is set to take place from 11 to 13 October. The regatta will feature 31 boats competing in various divisions, including IRC and PHS classes. Expect strong competition and thrilling races in the signature autumn sailing conditions of Hong Kong.
Notable entries include TP52s in IRC Division 0 and Cape 31s in their own division. The event will also see fierce competition in IRC Divisions 2 and 3, as well as IRC Premier and PHS classes. Sailors will navigate windward/leeward, geometric, and island courses on the waters southeast of Hong Kong Island.
