ORC AGM in Singapore: Submit Your Proposals for Discussion
The Offshore Racing Congress (ORC) will convene for its Annual Meeting in Singapore from 1-5 November 2024 to discuss innovative ideas and improvements to the world’s largest measurement-based handicap system. Representatives from over 40 countries submit Submissions that are reviewed by Committees and then presented to the Congress for approval.
