ENGADINWIND 2024: Ultimate Windsurfing and Kitesurfing Experience at Lake Silvaplana
Today’s strong Maloja wind enabled the successful completion of 5 course races in both the men’s and women’s divisions at the U23 iQFOiL World Championships. In the women’s category, Maya Gysler from Norway is currently in the lead, having achieved one victory and maintained consistent top 3 placements.
Following closely behind are Tamar Steinberg and Daniela Peleg from Israel. In the men’s division, Andy Brown from Great Britain dominated with 3 wins out of 5 races, securing the top spot. He’s closely pursued by Leonardo Tomasi from Italy and Joost Vink from the Netherlands. The competition remains tight, as all athletes in the top 10 are within striking distance, making for an exciting race series.
