Tune up for the summer sailing season in the tropics at the Mid-Winter Clinic & regatta in Paradise, hosted by the St. Thomas sailing Center at the St. Thomas Yacht Club in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The comprehensive clinic focuses on improving competitive speed on all points of sail using IC-24s, a modified J-24 sailboat. Coaches provide personalized instruction both on land and on the water, including video analysis and practice races.
Individuals and teams of four can register for the clinic by contacting the STSC. Participation is limited, so sign up early. The clinic fee includes a 30-day Bluewater Membership to STYC for access to club amenities.
The clinic runs from January 22-26, 2025, with a Welcome Party on the first day and the clinic concluding on Sunday evening. Travel to St. Thomas is convenient with direct flights from major U.S. cities.
