2024 Offshore Double Handed World Championship: Seo-Friendly Title



The Offshore Double Handed World Championship 2024 – Leg 1 of the Final took place from 24 September to 1 October 2024. The race featured ten finalists from nine different nations on Sun Fast 30 One Designs, with the first to finish crowned world champion.

During the final race, with winds gusting over 30 knots and two-meter sea state, the downwind start was intense. The Dutch team led the pack, while some contenders faced challenges with their gennakers. The first leg to Eaux Saines was a fast broad reach, with Elodie Bonafous & Basile Bourgnon (FRA) establishing an early lead.

The race, organized by Lorient Grand Large in partnership with FFVoile and other organizations, showcased the skill and speed of the competing teams.
