Francesca Clapcich is a two-time Olympian and a celebrated figure in the sailing community, known for her resilience and commitment to environmental stewardship. “Between Waves” provides an intimate look at her journey, highlighting both personal and professional challenges as she navigates the world of elite sailing. Alessandra Ghezzi, vice president of communications and marketing at 11th Hour Racing, expressed pride in supporting Francesca and sharing her inspiring story. Additionally, 11th Hour Racing will host a public “Sunset Talk” at the ONA Short Film Festival on September 7. This event will feature discussions on the power of storytelling in driving positive change, including insights from Francesca Clapcich as a leading sailor and a Protect Our Winters ambassador. Giorgia Garancini from Protect Our Winters Italia will also share her advocacy perspectives.
