Andoo Team Australia‘s Women’s squad made their debut on the waters of Barcelona for the Puig Women’s America’s Cup. The team, led by skipper Olivia Price, took their AC40 yacht out for a practice run, showcasing their skills in the light breeze. Supported by a squad of talented individuals, the team familiarized themselves with the dock procedures and technical aspects of the boat.
The Australian team will have more practice days before official racing begins, with their first race scheduled for October 6th. Supporters have been arriving in Barcelona to cheer on the team, with a Cocktail Party planned at the Barcelona Real Nautico Yacht Club.
