Athena Pathway proudly competed in the first Women’s America’s Cup Final on October 12, 2024. The British team narrowly lost to the Italian Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli in a close battle, with the Italians securing the win by just 8 seconds. Skippered by Olympic medallist Hannah Mills, the team put in a great effort throughout the race.

The team also included athletes like Olympic Kite sailing Champion Ellie Aldridge and Tokyo Olympic silver medalist Anna Burnet. The race took place on the opening day of the 37th America’s Cup Match.
