Meanwhile, in Malcesine, the French team Groupe Atlantic defended its title at the EUROSAF 69F European Championship.
285 boats participated in the challenging 2024 SILVERRUDDER race, with Kraševac winning the European Single-Handed Championship. The race had unpredictable conditions near the Great Belt bridge, with sailors facing fog and strong winds. In Malcesine, Groupe Atlantic dominated the 69F circuit and the EUROSAF 69F European Championship, securing victory over their opponents.
Overall, it was an exciting weekend of sailing with impressive performances from the winners in both championships.
