Andoo Team Australia has been back on the water with their youth squad for official training days and welcoming the women’s squad for preparation. Thanks to the Ferguson’s support, they were able to get on the water and practice. The teams faced challenges due to the lack of wind on day two and wild seas with high winds on day three. Despite the varying conditions, the team made the most of their training, utilizing knowledge gained from simulator training. With a lay day tomorrow and one more training day before racing, they have plenty to review and prepare. The UniCredit Youth America’s Cup Racing begins on 17 September and will be broadcast on Fox Sports/Kayo in Australia. The Australian racing with invited teams starts on 18 September. This will be the first time an Australian team has been represented in the Youth America’s Cup since San Francisco in 2013. Get ready to cheer on Andoo Team Australia as they compete. Thank you to all who helped them get here!
