Remember Marco Gradoni and Gianluigi Ugolini, the future stars of the America’s Cup, who showcased their talent for Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli with two straight wins on the second day of the UniCredit Youth America’s Cup.

The racing in Barcelona was challenging with shifting winds and a rough sea-state, testing the sailors’ skills. Luna Rossa dominated the first race, capitalizing on their lead and finishing strong. In the second race, they once again showed their prowess, securing another victory.

The battle for second and third place heated up between Athena Pathway and Alinghi Red Bull Racing, with the British team clinching the runner-up spot.

Luna Rossa‘s performance has put them in the lead of Group A, with NYYC American Magic and Athena Pathway following closely behind.
