The European RS Aero Youth Team Race Championships in Cagliari kicked off with 37 matches completed on the first day out of the 66 scheduled for the round robin. The competition was intense with gusts exceeding 15 knots, making each race full of excitement and competition. Twelve teams, each comprising a girl and a boy, represented various countries in the championship. The team format added an extra thrilling element to the races for the under-25 participants. After the first day, the Ukrainian team leads the ranking with a perfect record of wins. The competition will continue with more matches on the following day at the Società Canottieri Ichnusa in Cagliari.
