Zhik has partnered with Circular Flow, global innovators in recycling, to launch the ‘ReZhikling’ initiative. Circular Flow has developed a method to recycle old neoprene into new products, promoting sustainability by providing an eco-friendly alternative to landfill disposal.
As part of their commitment to sustainability, Zhik has established the ReZHIKle wetsuit recycling program in Australia and New Zealand. Now, in collaboration with Circular Flow, the program is expanding to the UK and Europe. ReZHIKle bins will be available at the Southampton Boat Show, encouraging attendees to recycle their old wetsuits.
Italian distributor Negrinautica has also embraced the ReZHIKle program in Europe, recognizing the importance of environmental responsibility. By recycling old wetsuits, customers can contribute to protecting the environment for future generations.
Circular Flow and Zhik share a common goal of promoting sustainability in the neoprene industry. Together, they aim to provide a greener solution for end-of-life neoprene products in the UK and EU markets. The partnership seeks to extend the ReZHIKle program globally, reducing waste and pollution.
