The 2024 Performance Boating Sales Jeanneau Rendezvous took place on 28th September, where over 25 yachts gathered on Sydney’s Pittwater for a day of sailing fun. Despite some initial bad weather, the sun came out, and the event saw yachts in different divisions competing on challenging courses.
In the spinnaker division, the race took yachts around Lion Island to port and up the river to Challenger Head. The non-spinnaker division had a similar but shorter course. With varying wind conditions, the competition was intense, and the results were close.
The event concluded with a delicious lunch at the San Martin restaurant, where awards were presented to the winners of each division. The participants also received spot prizes from generous sponsors. Overall, it was a successful and enjoyable gathering of sailing enthusiasts.
